Resetting of existing paver track in green belt sector 38 west and relaying of damaged cement concrete track after demolishing existing damaged track in park near house no.5566 and house no.5575, sector 38 west, Chandigarh under Landscaping.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( DSR 15.7.4).

Brick work with old machine moulded perforated / F.P.S bricks in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Pointing of grooves using cement mortar 1:3 complete in all respect.

Brick on edge flooring with old machine moulded perforated F.P.S bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming IS:2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m ( stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) from brick work in cement mortar as per direction of Engineer in charge ( 15.8.3).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( i/c equivalent design mix) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( DSR 15.2.1).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering- all work up to plinth level 1:5;10 ( 1 cement :5 coarse sand ( zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) DSR 4.1.10

Providing laying position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level: 1:1 ½ :3 ( 1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand ( zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources ( 4.1.2)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground , for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material with 50 metre leas as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( DSR 16.83).

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath central verge, including removal of mortar etc. Disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and staking of serviceable material with 50 metre leas as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( DSR 16.82).

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver block of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 20mm cement mortar 1:3 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick high density factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-30 grade made by rubber mould table type platform and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 20mm cement mortar 1:3 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of building rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading lead of 22-23 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing PCC kerbs of size 2’-0”x9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand). complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement :3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints , except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge ( length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment ). ( old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost). ( DSR 16.85).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal form for : edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls : under 20 cm wide ( DSR 5.9.16.1)
