M&L Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing & injecting chemical emulsion for post construction ATT along external wall below concrete masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 liters per linear meter, including drilling holes and plugging the same with CM 1:2 to match with existing flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors of any description using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for post construction ATT for voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors finishes all as specified & directed

M & L for post construction ATT at point of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same CM 1:2 to match with existing finishes all as specified & directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including grinding and polishing complete laid over screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement motrar bedding cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

S&F vitrified tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished in light shade, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 above but in vertical surface (dado/skirting) to match the shade of floor tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm ,in floors etc . set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or color cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick cement backing in CM ( 1:4 ) on fair/rough faces of brick or concrete surface etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board of any thickness and description. Including aluminium snap grid all specified and as directed

M&L for 12 mm thick particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed on wall or ceiling with nails to timberframe work with staples on snap grid all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling under 40 sq.cm and in section in any position as fillets, rails, posts rafter or purlins etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in sectional area exc 13 Sqm & n.exc 25 Sqcm, clean swan, secured with nails or screws all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 2nd class hard wood fillets area of fillets exc 13 Sqcm and n.exc 25 Sqcm, section of square rectangular or triangular insection, clean swan, secured with nails or screws, wood obtained from item No 16 above, etc. all as directed.

M&L for preparation surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description girth not otherwise described treated with creosote oil of section cross sec-tional area exc 13 Sqcm and n.exc 15 Sqcm all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position or otherwise specilly provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Complete including cutting of 12 mm thick joints at each 3m interval all as specified and as directed.
