Material and labour for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer over cleaned roof/ sunken surface @ 0.30 Kg per sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm over primer followed by 3 mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/ Sqm laid as per the manufacturer's instruction with side over lap of 100 mm & end over lap of 150 mm & tucked into the chases on roof, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm over APP modified membrane on roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning etc., and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 500 litres but not exc 1000 litres complete all as specified and directed.
