Ceiling Paint Finish Area1: Supply and painting tractor emulsion with 1 coat of primer 2 coats for wall putty for levelling, sanding and 2 coats of colour paint as per the design approved by the architect or site incharge including labor material, cleaning, scrubbing, tools, sanding, masking tape, scaffolding and complete works.

Gypsum False Celling: Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick Gypsum Board ceiling as per the design approved by the Architect or site authority, surfaces in plain including G.I. suspenders forming a grid of intermediate channel with ceiling sections fixed at right angle to the underside of intermediate channels with connecting clips complete as per India Gypsum Technical Manual including finishing with jointing compound and joint paper tapes and fixing of perimeter channel at both ends. Vertical edges to be provided & given Plaster of Paris cornice of approved design of 150x150mm using best quality Plaster of Paris. The rate shall also include cutting the Gypsum board for light fixtures/A.C. diffusers etc. and providing necessary and additional frame work for fixing the same. Wherever perimeter channels are cut in this process, additional support shall be made for proper stability without any extra cost.

Texture Paint Finish: Supply and fixing texture paint as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority including sanding, tools, scaffolding and complete works.

Wooden Panel: Marine plywood 12mm thick marine plywood board: Providing and fixing marine plywood 710 Grade IS 710: 2010 marked, of approved make to existing aluminium framework, backing or studding with screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by Engineering in-charge. Plywood Board/HDHMR Board/laminate Make: (Century/Action Tesa/Merino/Greenlam or Equivalent make as approved by engineer in-charge/employer).

POP Designed (Feature) Wall: The work includes preparation of surface, application of Plaster of Paris for decorative designer finish, grooves, mouldings, panels, coves, or other architectural designs as shown in the approved drawings, including all labour, materials, tools, and equipment required for a complete and finished job.

Open Shelves: Marine plywood 16mm thick marine plywood board: Providing and fixing marine plywood factory made shelves type with 0.8 laminates with edge bands matching laminates and additional ledge supports from the wall 710 Grade IS 710: 2010 marked, of approved make to aluminium framework, backing or studding with screws, ledge rods, hadwares, pasting etc. complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by Engineering in-charge.
