Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads , dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in ordinary soil upto all depth. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone 40mm agregate nominal size) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803, 1202 and 1203.including the cost of form work and hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 with randum rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) . including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete of Tile 600x600mm. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete . Size of Tile 600x600mm. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specification of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Complete Polished Granite stone slab jet black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
