Excavation in earthwork in hilly area by mechanical means all hights and depth, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil , ordinaryrock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side,water pollution , etc. and to protect stabality of hill side . Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting / excavation , including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades , side slopes, width, chamber, super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in - Charges, in conformity with the requirement of techanical specification for Rural Road, August 2004 and clause 16.2 of General Conditions for Contract to achieve designed formation wodth including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut matereial inspecified manner,tremming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as dirrected by the Engineer-in -Charge for smooth riding. The recovery of useful stone that is 360cubic meter in all cases falling which recovery @ Rupees 300/- only (Rupees three hundereed only) per cubic metre shall be effected on prorata basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing ,removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto all leads and lifts dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excaveted suitable materials as per MORD Specification directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Providing and laying concrete for plain /reinforced concret in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD clause 802,803,1202 &1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. a)P.C.C 1:3:6.(1 Cement :3 sand : 6 Agg. 20mm nominal Size) i/c carriage of material within all leads & lifts As per the direcion of Engineer In-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection work, back filling concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1108. 900 mm dia pipe.

Providing and laying concrete for plain /reinforced concret in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 . P.C.C. nominal mix 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand :10 aggregates-40mm)including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge

Backfilling Granular materials behind abutment, wing wall and retaining wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts.and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge

Providing and laying 100mm dia metre PVC pipe for wheep holes complete of approved quality Including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge
