Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4, Type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Mild steel Rolled sections as in post/pilllars where connected with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc,of Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) Quality 'A' including fabrication,erection and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint incl red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Designing, preparing Architectural and Structural drawings for pre stressed steel structure tensile shed for car parking of approx. area 392.00 Sqm with pre stressed Tensile Membrane high quality Tensile PVC Fabric of white colour, Serge Ferrari France 1050GSM, Dust Repellent Finish, UV Resistant, Antifungal, PVDF Coated, M2 Flame Retardancy Bs2, d0/EN 13501-1, ISO 9001 Certified product suitable for extreme working temperatures: -30°C to +70°C, considering the wind speed of Meenambakkam CGRA area using Heavy grade MS pipes for column, Medium grade MS pipes for M.Arch, support and purlin conforming to IS:1161(1998), hollow tubes confirming to IS: 4923 (1997), Rectangular & Square hollow sections and plates confirming to IS:2062 and vetting the structural drawing from IIT Madras (or) NIT Trichy (or) Anna University (or) from any Government Engineering colleges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No.5.00: [a] Fabrication and assembly of Structural steel sections including painting shall be measured and paid separately. [b] The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of Preparation of Arch. & Structural drawings and vetting as specified above, errection of fabricated pre stressed steel structure shed [c] The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for all minor extra constructional details which are not given in Schedule/Particular specification but are essential for the execution of works. [d] The contractor shall submit a warranty for efficiency of the High Quality PVC Fabric provided under this contract for a period of 10 years from the certified date of completion

Material and Labour for Fabricating and assembling of pre stressed steel structure using Heavy duty Mild Steel pipe of 165.1mm (OD), 5.4mm thick for Column, Medium grade pipe of 114.3mm (OD), 4.5mm Thick for M. Arch, 88.9mm (OD), 4.0mm thick pipe for support and purlin conforming to IS:1161(1998), hollow tubes confirming to IS: 4923 (1997), Grade YST-240 - 310 Rolled section like Circular Hollow sections (CHS), Rectangular hollow sections (RHS) and Square hollow sections (SHS) & plates confirming to IS:2062 BR 250 -350 (Grade YST 250- 350), special plate connector, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections etc., including High frequency (HF) Welding joint of 40MM width and painting all the steel surfaces with one coat of primer (Polyurethane Coating-ESDEE Auto coat) followed by two coats of (MRF CORP Durothane PU) etc., including preparation of new steel surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 Metre but not exc 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm using Broken stone or boulders, deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick, Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/hard standing as directed complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonary / concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint over alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.
