Taking down old/ unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installing testing and commissioning JEF Electrical grounding system comprises of Electrode CU coated steel rods 17.2mm x 3000mm (250m) UL Loresco Power fill carbon based backfill compound 2 bags of 50 pounds 17.2/OD SS clamp both side ECO friendly rust proof heavy duty weather proof Polyethylene earth pit chamber with following dimensions: 254 mm dia(top), 330mm dia (bottom) & 260mm (height) of part No R28. F03. SS02. CB complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/ unserviceable Copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Copper strip 20x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil for taking out or laying of Pipes, Cables of any size etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated Soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections for 20 mm bore of pipe from Trenches / Walls / Floors etc. and Re- laying after thorough cleaning including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc. in same or different locations and including testing after completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earthwork and excavation as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and laying GI Water Tubing, 20 mm bore, Medium Grade, conforming to IS - 1239 [Part - 1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc laid in trenches or Walls or Floors including testing complete including Taking down or up steel tubing and connections all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore dia of pipe, Gun Metal Globe or Gate Valve of Class - I Pressure Tested of 1.5 MPa with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, confirming to IS, ISI Marked complete all specified and as directed.

Supply in repairs and installing and testing and commissioning of cast iron body, sluice valve flanged type ISI marked IS-14846 PN-1.6 complete with iron operating wheel, brass spindle with nuts, flanged rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, including any addition/ alteration to the existing or new pipeline for fixing of sluice valve of size 100 mm dia all as specified and as directed .

Supplying, fixing and testing of Cast Iron, heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length confirming to IS - 1538 Part - I to XXIII: 1976 such as bends [any type, radius and angle], tapers any type [straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc], sockets, tail pieces, connecting pieces, tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross, [all sockets or socket and spigot or Flanged], collars, caps and plugs, (required for shape as per site)adopters etc suitable for CI / DI Spigot and Socket or Flanged pressure pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Run Lead joint confirming to IS specifications for cast iron pressure pipes of 80mm bore, Socket and Spigot or Specials suitable for 80mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Rotational moulded Polythene [HDPE] Water Tanks, ISI Marked Cylindrical & Vertical Type 1000 Litres Capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 40mm/ 25mm dia spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including taking down old tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 28 above but of 2000 Litres Capacity

Material and labour for Construction of Valve Chamber of size 600 X 600 X 600 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry of 1:3:6, Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Cement Mortar 1:6, 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate Coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 3 mm thick with 40 X 40 X 6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and including necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc., removal of surplus soil and rubbish not exceeding 50m distance and including demolition of old Valve Chambers of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix tank Top Covers of Rotational Moulded Polyethylene Water Storage Tanks [Cylindrical Vertical with closed top] of capacity 500 Litres and fixed in position with suitable size hinges and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete, for supporting / encasing of CI / DI / GI Pipes of any description, Pilasters, Columns, Pillars, Buttresses, Boundary Pillars and Posts including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork [straight or curved] complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preventive maintenance/complete servicing of monoblock pump motor upto 3.0 HP Motor by cleaning stator and rotor windings with CTC solution, re-insulating the motor windings with best quality varnish, heating and greasing in bearings etc., and preparation of old painting surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix flat 3 core PVC insulated, Submersible multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm including necessary connections including taking out old unserviceable submersible connection cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cutting of existing road not more than 30cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm depth for laying/ taking down GI / CI / DI Pipeline and making good to match with by using cement concrete/ tar to match with the existing location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11, 40 mm dia including Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors including testing including taking out old pipes complete all as directed.
