Dismantling Asbestos cement sheets (corrugatted or semi-corrugated) including Ridge of any description and any thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based (Trapezoidal shaped) corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (pitch centre to centre 200-205mm and height of corrugation 28.5mm) of any colour as approved, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,ridge,facia etc.complete fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards( Fibre, pulf, insulation etc) or insulation Boards/blankets/slabs of any description and any thickness including cover fillets, cornices, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick non asbestos cement plain building board as in ceiling fixed to timber frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing same from the site(s), complete all as seecified and as directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4, and finished even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of Walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:6, and finished even and fair without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in CEILING finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of CEILING and applying THREE COATS of WHITE WASHING, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a layer of 2 mm thick (average thickness) white putty & a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete including existing roof treatment removing all rubbish off the premeses, as per the direction, cleaning throughly washing with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops,making slop/ gradient required on roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed (rendering) in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, confirming to IS and as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for priming surfaces using cold bitumen primer @0.25 Ltr/Sqm conformimg to IS - 3384-1986 complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying a layer APP based Polymeric membrane, 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 Kg/Sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighnig not less than 150 gms/Sqm by Torch application. The overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on Transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or steel water tubing 15mm dia (bore) including connections and fittings, segreting serviceable pipes & fittings and stacking property at site (s) for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or steel water tubing 20mm dia (bore) including connections and fittings, segreting serviceable pipes & fittings and stacking property at site (s) for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying/Re-fixing old steel water tubing 15mm dia (bore) and connections in new or old position after cleaning both inner and outer surface of pipes including provision of new GI fittings (as ordered) complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying/Re-fixing old steel water tubing 20mm dia (bore) and connections in new or old position after cleaning both inner and outer surface of pipes including provision of new GI fittings (as ordered) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipes medium grade, 15mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipes medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
