REGRADING AND LAYING OF CEMENT CONCRETE TRACK IN PARK VILLAGE HALLOMAJRA,CHANDIGARH UNDER WARD DEVELOPMENT FUND

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (DSR 16.82)

Carriage of building rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 9-10 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber, watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect.

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within lead of 50m. All kinds of soil (DSR 2.8.1-2.36)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10(1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) 10 graded stone aggredate 40mm nominal size ) DSR 4.1.10

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR : 6.1.1)

Brick work with machine moulded perforated F.P.S. bricks of class designation 125 conforming IS : 2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(DSR : 4.1.2)

Centeing and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Edges of slabs and floors and walls under 20 cm wide (DSR 5.9.16.1)
