Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at O.M.C.and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for Grading 1 as per MORD Specification complete as per clause 401 iincluding Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST

Water Bound Macadam Grading-II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause -405 (2)A including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST

Water Bound Macadam Grading-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause -405(3)A including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause - 502(I) including labour cess but excluding GST

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor @ 0.35 Kg/Sqm. on the prepared bitumin surface cleaned with hydralic broom, As per MORD specification 503 including labour cess but excluding GST

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm compacted thickness with 13.2 mm crushed stone grit @ 0.18cum/10sqm and 11.2 mm size crushed stone grit @ 0.09cum/10sqm from approved quarry and bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46Kg/sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, mixing in a suitable plant or by mixall, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades, including cost of material, labour, plant, machinery and T&P including complete as per MORD Specification No.508(II) including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST
