M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description such as old APP membrane roof treatment etc terracing including screed bed/plastering of any thickness and removing the debris outside MD land etc. and carrying out the following roof treatment complete all as specified and as per Manufacturer's instructions:- (a) Cleaning the existing roof surface and brushing with neat cement slurry @3 Kg per Sqm area complete. (b) Rendering average15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete. (e) Applying two coats of tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat as a bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane (f) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as per Manufacturer's instructions complete. (9)Applying two coats of bitumen based aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm for each coat over APP membrane including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 25mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof top without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces old concrete floor by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust ect complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matched over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type)tiles mechine cut,in skitrting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with gray cement slurry,and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 10mm thick back coat plastering of cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles from site

M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing sunken floor of any description, removing the debris outside MD land etc and M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications as specified and directed:- (a) Demolition of old sunken surfaces complete and cleaning of all loose particles and applying cement slurry @3.00 kg / sqm on old surfaces by brushing. (b) M&L for PCC 1: 1.5:3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (c) M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (d) M&L for bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. On complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolition of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (e) After laying of all sewage/plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, apply two coats of polymeric based chemical as per manufactures instructions over bottom and sudes of sunken portion upto 600 mm height. (f) M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with plyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. (g) M&L for filling the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using brick aggregate. (h) S&F 50 mm dia CPVC pipe projecting 450 mm clear of face outer wall shall be provided to drain out seepage water if any. (j) Testing of sunken as per specification mentioned in SSR part-I/ P.S. (NOTE : Floor Area shall be measured for payment).

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles as directed and specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size not less than 350x 250/ 450X 350 / 450x300 and 7 to 8mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound while concrete surface is green and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick surface of walls finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including taking down old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down existing single phase electric energy meter of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M and refixed in position as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
