Note: Old Poles are lying inside the compound of PUB building.

Providingt and erecting Galvanised 1500 mm single arm sword type bracket with FRP dome and ball on Pole at Item sr.no.1 & and in place of existing damaged arm at actuals on sitem sr. no.2 if required.

Providing & casting of M- 20 grade reinforced cement concrete (RCC) foundation suitable for 9m & 10m high octagonal /conical G.I. pole considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq m at 1.0 m depth including supply of steel, concrete, excavation and fixing provided nut bolts with the help of template as per design in an approved manner. Foundation design shall be submitted by the tenderer for approval

Lifting and shifting of old 9 meter poles from PUB substation to the foundation location on the backside road of Custom building and other locations (Township STP plant, outside port area and Guest house) as indicated by Engineer In Charge.

Providing pipe type earthing to the poles with 40mm. dia. G.l. pipe or 20 mm dia. G.l. Rod complete with all materials

Excavating hard Rock/bituminous road for laying of RCC/HDPE pipes and making the site as original

Supplying & laying (including excavation) 15 cm dia RCC Hume pipe with coupling collar of standard thickness at required depth up to 90 cm below road / ground surface, for enclosing provided cable & ecessary back filling with light ramming to make the road/ground surface as it was (Except bitumen carpet).

Supplying and laying (including excavation/ suitable clamping on curbstone walls on the route of slip roads) 50 mm outside dia. double wall corrugated pipes (DWC) of HDPE below ground/road to required depth in complete approved manner. On slip roads after clampimg, DWC pipe shall be emebeded with concrete through out the route of slip roads. (length of slip road approx. 1600 mtr)

Providing earthing with Galvanized cast iron earth plate size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cm with funnel with a wire mesh for watering and brick masonry block C.l. cover complete with all materials, testing & recording the results
