MAINTENANCE OF BIOGREEN WALL VERTICAL GARDEN AND INCLUDING DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM AT TERMINAL BUILDING

Maintenance of Bio-Green wall (L10m x H4 & size 5 x 3m) with 5000 Nos plants of different varities and drip irrigation system ( 95 sqm area) including all tools and equipements required for biowall/drip maintenance on round the clock basis and replacment of damaged pots (plants and pots with pot mixture shall be supplied by department at free of cost) and cleaning of plants from dusts and disposal of wastes outside terminal building etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge for 12 months (95 sqm x 24 months)

Providing and planting biotechnologically grown plants (Syngonium, Money plant, Phylodendron, Ribbon grass and any other suitable plant varieties as directed at site with thick foliage) suitable for biowall of indoor/outdoor nature including geotextile bag with planting medium materials required for green wall including loading, unloading and stacking etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (4000 Nos).

Providing soil less organic growth media with required moisture & nutrients, pH and texture properly packed in air tight bags etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Maintenance of vertical gardens (12 meters ht upto 10 planters on each vertical having 4 pots on each planter base and 2 plants on each pot) including maintenance of drip irrigation system. The job includes day to day maintenance of plants, replacement of dead, withered plants, weeding of planter boxes, changing of pot mixures, repairs to drip system including replacement of defective parts with all tools, equipements and safety requirements and as and when directed etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge for 12 months. (a) Vertical garden 12 meters height and 10 planter base of small and large circle each with 4 planters (8 nos/month x 24 months= 192)

Maintenance of vertical gardens (10 meters ht upto 8 planters on each vertical having 4 pots on each planter base and 2 plants on each pot) including maintenance of drip irrigation system. The job includes day to day maintenance of plants, replacement of dead, withered plants, weeding of planter boxes, changing of pot mixures, repairs to drip system including replacement of defective parts with all tools, equipements and safety requirements and as and when directed etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge for 12 months. Vertical garden 10 meters height and 8 planter base of small and large circle each with 4 planters (20/month x 24 months)

Maintenance of vertical gardens (8 meters ht up to 6 planters on each vertical having 4 pots on each planter base and 2 plants on each pot) including maintenance of drip irrigation system. The job includes day to day maintenance of plants, replacement of dead, withered plants, weeding of planter boxes, changing of pot mixures, repairs to drip system including replacement of defective parts with all tools, equipements and safety requirements and as and when directed etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge for 12 months. Vertical garden 8 meters height and 6 planters of small and large circle each with 4 planters (12/month x 24 months)

Providing Diesel/Electric powered telescopic boom lift with working height of 16.0 meters and weight capacity 270 kg and base of 2.5 x 3.0 m for planting/repairs/maintenance of vertical garden with skilled Operator including fuel, lubricants and safety kits etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge (2 jobs/month x 24 months)

Supply and stacking of Clerodendrum splendens plant of height 30 cm to 45 cm. in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Varigata, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Partha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) climber plant of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Passiflora caerulea (Rakhi bel) plant of height 30 cm to 45 cm. in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Tecoma grandiflora plant of height 30 cm to 45 cm. in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (manure measured in stacks shall be reduced by 8% for payment).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded).

Carriage of garden waste/rubbish/garbage and/or any other waste etc., by mechanical transport (5 cum truck/trip) up to a lead of 10 km/trip (municipality dump yard or any other disignated location) etc and disposal of the same at designated dump yard of city corporation including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge.
