Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc..

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Drilling holes of 25 mm dia upto 200 mm depth in reinforced cement concrete member upto floor five level using heavy duty power drilling machine for fixing 20mm dia TMT rods upto 200mm depth in RCC with high strength bonding agent of HILTI brand or equivalent make in concrete portion as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of labour, hire and running charges of drilling machine and cost of chemicals such as bonding agent etc., complete. (Cost of reinforcement bars shall be paid for separately)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Making and supplying at site, anchor bolts for fixing base of tower, manufactured from EN 8 Steel and of 36mm dia mild steel bar of required length conforming to IS:2062, threaded at top upto 150mm length and welded with lugs made from 100x100x10mm thick mild steel plate at 50mm from bottom including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos. (Nuts & Checknuts) and MS spring washer etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Mechanical transportation of tower members comprising MS angles , flats , plates, pipes nuts and bolts etc of varying sizes and lengths from specified place to work site. The entire lot of tower members shal be transported in a single lot . The Job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading and depositing the tower members at the desired location complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account).

Fixing foundation bolts/ anchor bolts to templates placing in position as per drawings in stems of tower foundation true to line and alignment, leveling etc complete as per the direction (Anchor bolts and templates will be supplied at BSNL stores, Vellore) including transportation, labour charges for dismembering the template assembly as directed and handed over to Engineer-in-Charge.(The rate shall be for all the stem/column in a tower)

Applying cement with latex slurry on concrete surface in the proportion 1:8 ratio of cement etc complete as directed by the E.in.C

Providing and fixing in position galvanised structural steel materials consisting of angles, flats, bars, ladder, cable rack, bolts, nuts and pipes washers etc for gantry (cable tray) works as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Erection of three legged BSNL roof top tower of 18 metre height including lifting of materials upto required level with tools and plants, insurance to workers, sorting and listing of tower materials as per chart /drawing supplied by the Department. Note:- Necessary safety measure shall be adopted while erecting the tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties. Approximate weight of tower shall be 2200kg or more.

Painting with Luxol or equivalent high gloss synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats over and including a base coat of approved primer ( zinc phosphate or zinc chromate or equivalent) over etch primer to the required colour and even shade for the tower and gantry etc., complete. Note:- Necessary safety measure shall be adopted while painting of tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties. Approximate weight of tower shall be 2200kg or more including gantry etc.,.
