M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Removal of old existing membrane (ii) cleaning of new rendered surfaces properly and drying the surfaces. (iii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm (iv) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (v) Applying two coats of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats . (vi) incl cutting chases in walls for inserting membrane upto 100mm and make good with PCC (and PCC will be paid separately) as required all as specified and as manufacturer instruction , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks capacity exc 250 Ltr & n exc 500 Ltr, setting asidee (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately).

Description all as per item No 116.00 but capacity exc 500 Ltr & n exc 1000 Ltr.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including taking up or down steel tubing and connections of any description and from any position including :-

S & F of CPVC 32 mm outer dia pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment on wall in 02 coats(separate coats) with polymer latex based chemical having hydroshield properties (Technology) and superior anti carbonation properties (consists of polyalkelene fibre network with excellent water repellency)with film thickness of 1.20 mm per coat all as specified as per manufacturers instruction including prepration of old decorated surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge directed. Make : Dulux (Aquetek or equivalent in Pidelite or Asian Paints) Note :-1 . This work shall be executed through authorised applicator from the company. 2. Written gurantee of WPT of 10 years shall be submitted by the contractor as per particular specification. 3.Item includes preparation of surface i.e cleaning with wire brush & washing of surfaces etc.
