SPL REPAIR OF ROOF TREATMENT OF REGREM SEC BLDG NO P-10 AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-14 ISOLATION WARD OF MH PATIALA AT PATIALA MIL STN

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on top of roof surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth incl mixed with WPC complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching over laps with a propane or abutan gas torch with a over lap of 75 mm at the side and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminious primer all as per manufacturers instructions incl preparation of surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing efflorescence treatment to walls complete in all respect with following procedure :- (a) Taking down existing plaster racking out joints, washing/rubbing down loose dirt particles from wall surfaces. Rinse the surface with clean water and pointing the joints in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as directed (b) The bricks so pointed shall be cleaned of all dust or deposit using brush and applying two coats of smartcare damp proof coating 2K of make Asian paints or equivalentin berger Paints/Nerolac paints. (c) Thereafter M&L for plastering 15mm thick over the treated surface shall be done with 1:4 cement sand mortar using WPC. Note : The complete item shall be got executed through the authorised applicator of manufacturer only all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Applicator shall be got approved by GE before execution of work.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 9-10 mm thick (Square/rectanglar) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 9-10mm thick as in skirting/dado etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified. Note : 1. All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cutted at the right angle before laying, so that paper thin, smooth jointing to be obtained. 2. The colour of the slabs shall be uniform.
