Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone/ concrete wall surface in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and fair with water proofing compound (External surface), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick other than fair faces surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Internal surfaces), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/ previously untreated surface & applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over one coat of chalk whiting on wall surface, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new decorated surfaces of ceiling etc. incl cleaning washing etc. and applying three coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling incl pilasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. incl sand paper or iron patti/ flat and applying one coat of cement base paint (1st quality) with incl curing the surfaces after application of cement base paint (tint as approved by GE), complete all as specified and directed.
