M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished rough for fixing vertical tiles. complete all as specified and directed

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in cement slurry with joint free complete all as specified.

Drilling holes on granite stone for pipes etc not exc. 25 mm dia all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming, scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel/ steel based materials exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as directed and specified.
