Supply install test and commissioning of 12.5 mtr motorised (integral motor not les than 0.75 HP with mechanical tripping facility), high mast system with crane, winch double drum SWL-350 Kgs, tailing cable copper 5 core, 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and accessories alongwith complete material with BSEN10025 steel plate avg 70 micron hot deep galvanised internally and externally, minimum 12 sided polygonal, base 360 mm dia and top 150 mm, base flange dia 445 mm, 3 mm thickness for both top and bottom sections (2 piece pole) minimum 04 No foundation bolts size M24/750x4, stainless steel 304 grade with rope 7/19 construction, 180 Km / Sec wind speed design with 08 Nos of 250 W LED flood light (Cat No PRAZE F 300L WH NB-A5 TG SD of bajaj or equivalent in Philips / Crompton) and out put shall be > 120 lumens per watt, toughened glass additional 10 KV surge protection inside fitting over and above 4 KV inbuilt driver surge protector, IP-66 PROTECTION, pf>0.95, THD<10%, potted driver with ROHS compliance, UE, CE marking certification, driven efficiency >90%, Power 120-270 V, AC 50 Hz each LED shall have individual peanut lenses including avaiatiion obstruction light, lightning arrestor with suitable feeder panel supplied by OEM, with astronomical time switch, contactors and suitable MCB protection. Make for high mast and LED Fittings : Philips / Bajaj / Crompton or other equivalent makes of Appendix 'B' Note : (i) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work for foundatiion and also inclusive of RCC foundation as per manufactureres instruction and drgs. (ii) The contractor shall procure the items OEM only and the same shall be verified by GE. (iii) The Accepting Officer will detail the inspection officer at the factory for inspection of poles before despatch and the same will be in scope of contrcator to make arrangement for testing at factory and nothing extra will be paid on that account. (iv) The make fitting shall be same as that of pole make. (v) The contractor shall give 5 years warranty on LED light fittings.

Supply & laying in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossing/paths/drains/along poles etc., of XLPE insulated, armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS-7098 Part-I (1998), heavy duty (LT UG cable) conforming to IS-1554, 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm 4 core nominal cross sectional area including connecting up using suitable size double compression copper gland, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed NOTE: 1) Excavation, earthwork & cable protection etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. 2) The cables teriminated in the panels / busbars / high mast poles shall be provided with heat shrinkable cable end joints and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying cables and getting out in soft/loose soil and in road cutting all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & laying double wall corrugated (DWC) high density poly ethylene (HDPE) of size 50mm dia including all necessary fittings, PN-4 rating, pressure 6 Kgf/cm², conforming to IS-16205 (Part-24) with high ring stiffness & cursh resistance capacity, etc., laid in trench for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Material & Labour in repairs earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 25 x 4mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board/LT feeder panel including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in alternate layers with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit made of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5metres length from earth electrode including testing complete all as specified and directed NOTE: (i) Earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and Paid separately. (ii) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (iii) The earthing shall be done in the presence of JE / Engineer-in-charge and if done in the absence of JE/Engineer-in-Charge the same will not be measured and paid contractor has to redo the complete earthing as directed.
