The offer Eligibility criteria will be as per para 1.1 of section-II of NWR tender conditions attached with this tender.

The bidder shall be either (i) a Khadi Institution/Society/Cooperative registered with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) or any State/UT Khadi and Village Industries Board (KVIB), or (ii) a manufacturer/supplier holding a valid Khadi Mark Certificate/Khadi Certificate issued by KVIC or an authority authorised by KVIC, or (iii) an authorised dealer/supplier of such registered Khadi Institution, supported by a valid authorisation letter. The bidder shall submit, along with the offer, valid documentary evidence of KVIC/KVIB registration, Khadi Mark/Khadi Certificate (where applicable), and authorisation letter (in case of authorised dealer/supplier). The offered Khadi Duster shall be manufactured from genuine Khadi fabric conforming to the applicable standards/guidelines of KVIC. Failure to submit the requisite valid documents shall render the offer liable to be treated as non-responsive and rejected

Inspection to be carried out by Consignee

Tenderers are hereby instructed to supply the tendered quantity to the respective consignee(s) as indicated in tender document. [b] If tenderers mention anywhere in its offer contrary to (a) above and /or mentions not to supply to some of the consignees, such offer may not be considered for ordering such consignees where the tenderer has not agreed to directly deliver the stores without any back reference

Make In India Preference Policy: Please refer Para 5 Section-I of Tender Conditions

Land Border :Tenderers shall confirm the following declaration failing which the offer will be ignored. " I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India. I certify that this bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered with the Competent Authority. I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. Where applicable, evidence of valid registration by the Competent Authority shall be attached."

The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slip) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents

MATERIAL TO BE SUPPLIED IN BUNDLES HAVING MARKING OF BATCH NUMBER/LOT NUMBER OF MANUFACTURER

PACKING ;- MATERIAL SHOULD BE PROVIDE WITH STANDARD PACKING WICH CAN WITHSTAND TRANSIT DAMAGE, HANDLING AND HELPFUL IN PRPER STORAGE

All other conditions will be applicable as per SBD attached with the Tender
