Dismantling/ taking out of inner storage hot water tank , geyser assembly, heating element , glass wool etc from in side the geyser of capacity 25 /35/50 litre and including remove blockage / depositing the scale, silt, sludge, dirty particles material from the inside of the storage heating system through method of descaling with chemical acid or manually mechanically system and after washing in side of the storage heating tank, geyser assembly, heating element, thermostat system including tighting, adjustment, servicing and also rectification the leakage problem of hot tank through hot & cold welding / brazing (gas or electric welding) work system for steel tank / copper tank complete and after repair re-assembly and proper filling the glass wool and replacement of defected items in side around the tank complete. NOTE: Repair / Replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ items and painting will be measured & paid for under serial item No. 3.00 to 3.23 here-in-below as required & where directed.

Aluminium metal sheet as per existing size / gauge suitable for fixing on solar attachment heating system IN REPLACEMENT complete .

Material and labour for disconnection of electric supply and water pipe line connections and taking out all type of clamp, nut bolt or connected fixing accessories from the existing position of each solar plate from solar heating collector plate system and removing all fixing accessories like aluminum side frame cladding ,heating top glass with rubber packing materials , copper fins with tubing plates jal assembly for the proposed of claening in side / removing blockage / depositing the scale ,sult, sludge, dirt etc particle material from in side of copper tubes jal assembly including cleaning ,checking, serviving , tighting , adjusting and also calibration and descaling through chemical acid solution method / manually mechanically system for making of nos of hole on each blockage copper tube assembly through suitable size of drilling rod with cleaning of wire brush in each copper tubing system and their after duly fill up the all nos of making hole work in copper tubes through hot & cold welding / brazing (gas or electric welding) work system and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over on distrubed place of copper fin and tubing jal system and after circulation of chemical acid solution through proper pressure washing pump in complete entire system and also rectification the leakage problem of entire tube system complete and after repair reaasembly and proper filling the all replacement item like insulation wool and aluminium foiling Glass work in side and around the collector plate system and replacement of defected nut, bolt & washer and fixing on same position and testing on system complete.

NOTE APPLICABLE TO SERIAL ITEM 34: (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ. (ii) Descaling, driiling ,Servicing, adjusting etc and testing run work will be carried out by well qualified techanician having good experience in the about repairing field of solar water heating system .

NOTE FOR SERAL ITEM 1 to 50 :- Not withstanding with the provision of "Compensation for Delay' envisaged under condition 50 of IAFW-2249, General Conditions of Contracts, additional compensation @ Rs. 500/- day will be charged from contractor in case he fails to make the functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within 24 hour of receiving of complaint from the MES regarding non working above items.

Note : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
