REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT FOR ROOF SLAB, EXTERNAL WALLS CRACK FILLING IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN HANSA VIHAR, RAQAS, NTS, NASDO, WARD ROOM ETC UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (NW) VASCO

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M &L for Rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster on wall surface in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10mm thick backing coat + 5mm thick finishing coat) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound (Dr fixit LW or equivalent 200ML per bag of cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M &L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster on internal wall surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M & L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over and including 1-2 mm thick true care exterior wall puty in two coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surfaces over roof slabs, in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, to receive roof treatment including filling all cracks by forming groove of 5mm x 5mm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately)

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces using solvent based bituminous primer at the rate of 0.25ltrs per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for SIKA Sheild W-1 (Red or Grey powder) polymer modified cementitious adhesive over prepared concrete surface with mixing ratio of 8.75 ltrs of clean water per 30 Kg bag of SIKA Sheild W-1 with consumption of 2-3 Kg/Sqm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for SIKA Shield W-159, 1.5 mm thick (with 10% variation) double sided modified bitumen water proofing membrane consisting of cross laminated PE film and two modified bitumen layers covered with transparent release liners complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain corrugated steel sheeting any thickness including similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC rain water pipe 110mm dia including all fittings, head, shoes, branches fixed on wall including suitable joint with PVC adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc500 and n.exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) of 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore PVC float valve all as specified and directed in SSR Pt I complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs , cleaning etc and hoisting if required re-connecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs , cleaning etc and hoisting if required re-connecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up old GI tubing and connection from the trenches / floor or walls of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed :- Note :- Excavation & earth work not included same will be priced, measured and paid separately under relevent items of Sch 'A'
