NECESSARY DEVELOPMENT WORK OF PUBLIC FACILITIES IN SECTOR-7 MADHYAM MARG AND S.F.S SHOPPING CENTER MANSAROVER

(2.4.2) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

(17.1.1.1) Earth work for Sewer line and Manhole in excavation in foundation, trenches manholes, road side chambers etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m

(17.1.1.2) Add extra for over all depth of excavation above 1.5 m and upto 3.0 m over item no 17.1.1.1

(1.1.1) Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading,unloading and stacking :Earth upto 5km,

(4.25) Providing Barricading for Trenches using 80 - 100 mm dia Wooden Ballies as vertical post, atleast 1.5m above ground level and atleast 30-45 cm below ground level at a spacing of 3 m. Two rows of PVC Tape (preferabley red in colour) strip barricading horizontal strip securely tied by the vertical members. Vertical members shall be painted in red and white colour. Rate is inclusive removal and cleaning of site complete in all respect.

(17.5.1) Providing and fixing OPEN timbering in trenches of sewer line and manholes including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete for following depth below NGL. Depth upto 3.0 m

() Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per direction of Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable.

(17.29.2) 200 mm internal diameter

() Providing granular bedding having width = outer dia of pipe (Bc) + 500mm, thickness below pipe = 0.25Bc or 100mm (whichever is higher) and haunching = 0.5Bc, with graded hard crusher broken stone of 100% passing through 20mm sieve, 20 to 50 % passing through 10mm sieve and 100 % retain on 6.3mm sieve, laying in layers of thickness 10/15cm including ramming, consolidation etc complete for PVC/HDPE pipes of following sizes as per drawing and or as directed by Engineer.

(17.31.3) 200 mm internal diameter
