Dismantling the Damaged Brick Work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and Eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erecting and centering shuttering for sides and sofits of plain surface such as Rcc slab rectangular , T beam lintel , bed blocks, staircase waist slab , etc. including strutting shuttering , and remaining same etc. complete as per drawing

Reinforced cement concrete M20 1:1.5:3 granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced cement concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building.

Supplying, cutting, bending and placing of reinforcement stel of MS, HYSD bars for all type of RCC works at all levels including cost of 18 gauge GI binding wire cost, labour etc., as per design and details complete.

Flyash Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 mix (one cement,five sand) using II class country bricks to a size of 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing the mortor, constructing, curing to required period and wherever the masonry projection is necessary for elevation shall be done with out extra cost etc complete as per std spn.upto basement

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement etc., with filling Well Gravel in layers well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by department officers.

Plastering in cement mortor 1:5 mix (one cement,five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing the martor, and the surface rubbed for smooth and curing to required period, etc complete as per std Specification TNSS No.61,V,VI,(S4)3

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two M.Sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBBG metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification - 1 m3 (detailed data for 10 m3 )

Painting with first quality emulision paint two coats over a priming coat including through cleaning, scraping removal of dust and including necessary palst of paries putty works whereever required etc,completed

Painting priming coat on new iron work - 1 m2

Painting with best synthetic enamel paint of approved Colour and high quality one / two coats to old / new iron works etc,completed

supply and fixing of mild steel grills and angels ,flats,purlin,truss with angles as per direction of dept officers etc complete

Electrical arrangements

Wiring with 2 x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with Module GI switch box in flush with wall with 6A one way module switch with module front plate continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for Concealed PVC Light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) ( 4 points / Coil) Higher End

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. Supply and Run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge M.S. conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth Wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion wiith suitable colour (SD 45)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.

Supply of Flamed Steel Grey Granite Slab 1200mm x 600mm, 16mm to 18mm Thick
