Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400Sqm and depth not exc 50mm by using mechanical scarifier including removing to a distance not exc 50M from the starting point and stacking complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. on black top surfaces or bituminous macadam surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 70 -1.00 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of Cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2 - 0.30 kg / Sqm by using mechanical sprayer on the bituminus surface of road, as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification after cleaning the existing surface, complete all as specified

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam for consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less with using 19mm graded (Grading 2) stone aggregate with minimum 4.0% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.50% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous road surfaces by removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc and after prepration of road surfaces, applying road marking paint having minimum 2.5 mm average thickness and 150 / 100 mm width with & including thermo plastic (Reflective) line marker paint/ compound of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 800.4 on bituminous surfaces in white/ yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads conforming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MoRTH specification 800.4 complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) MORTH specification 800.4 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by GE. (ii) Shape, size & pattern of marking shall be as approved by GE.

Supply & Fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA & mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated & thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red & yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (size of block :150 x 150 x 300mm), type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing, in repair, cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix, in repair, solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri, spread in layers n exc 15cm thick, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (ii) Rolling/ compaction shall be done by vibromax roller only.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone of boulders of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specied and directed.

M & L for polythine film, black 150 micron laid in floors complete all as specied and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6)Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase. complete all as specied and directed.

M & L for cement concrete work in pavement/hardstanding of flexural strength 4 N per sq mm in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 250 mm or less broom finish complete all as specefied and directed. ( Note : (i) Ready Mixed Concrete(RMC) shall be incorporated in the work against this item and cost thereto is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the Bidder against this item. (ii) RMC Plant shall be approved by GE)

M&L for Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide , filled with sealing compound, grade 'A' complete all as specied and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick Expansion joint filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A', thickness of concrete slab 200 mm, complete all as specied and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair to poteholes, any depth, not exc 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder i.e. paving bitumen VG-30 @ 9.80Kg/ 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings of 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:4:8), Type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick walls/ concrete (ceiling) surfaces of any descriptions including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and disposal of unserviceable materials to out side of MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for providing Cement Concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets & railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs & the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for surface excavation n exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep & averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete(1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves & similar articles with plain faces including necessary chamfers, wealtherings, throating etc & setting in 1:6 cement mortar including necessary formwork (if required) complete all as specified and directed

Schedule of Credit amount of Rs. 2,51,840.00 to be deducted during AOC
