Dismantling /taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab incl removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening/cleaning surfaces of roof/top surface of RCC slab etc with wire brush, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for woven chicken wire mesh to exposed top surface of slab including necessary fixing materials, nails etc complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) in padding for levelling course of roof, rounded or chamfer edge sloping, coving all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab etc concrete mixed with water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed 15mm thick using WPC on concrete surfaces on roof top in CM 1:3 finished fair and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as speified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, at the rate of 0.40 ltr/Sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete from roof, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work of any description.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, padding concrete or in roof kerbs using 20 mm garded stone aggregate for roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of capacity exc 1000ltrs but n exc 2000 ltrs or more, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm dia, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections for 20mm dia in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S & F steel water Tubeing of 20mm dia, of 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed

Repair of Cracks by Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for GI wire netting of 0.91 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood, metal studding, joists, etc in walls, ceilings etc. including all laps, cutting and waste fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:4) on fair faces of concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with waterproofing compound @3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description & applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of over one coat of primer on wall/roof including all safety and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed

M &L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B1,(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finish even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for water proofing treatment APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling. All as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description including and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint and over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for parparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper all as specified and directed

M&L for parparation of newly plastered surfaces ceiling and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping dowm smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of Acrylic washable distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 28 here in before but on ceiling surface.

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling of any description including cornices and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Exterior emulsion paint shall be applied by mechanical sprayer through applicator of approved shade.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads,shoes,bends,swan-necks etcall as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to walls as rain water pipes all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of PVC/ RCC water storage tank of capacity exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

S&F Rotational moulded PVC, double layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 20 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
