M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces, apply two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting on old plastered surfaces including preparatory the surface to receive distempering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- (a) Chalk whiting shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparing old plastered surface of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and apply one coat of oil bound distemper of existing shade or tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling etc and applying one coat of washable Oil bound distempercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces as in eaves gutter and pipes any description, n.exc.60cm girth including holderbats, distance pieces, etc. (length measured over bends, branches etc.) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Preparation of old surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots , removing nails etc., and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litres/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Ltr / 10sqm over surfaces with and including provision of scaffolding required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measuers etc complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- (a) Rate shall be include all required height scaffolding upto 20m height of building all safety measures etc to be taken by the contractor and completed as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for obliterating old writing of any description , n exc 0.1 sq.m, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) n exc 30cm high complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone walls and concrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
