Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade on surface/ pole including fixing by means of screws & rag bolts, suitable size MS U clamps complete as per specifications etc. as reqd. of following sizes of cables.

Above 35sq.mm and Upto 95Sqmm. (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Above 35sq.mm and Upto 95Sqmm.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia. copper earth wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

P & F 415 Volts , kitkat fuses complete with base on existing bakelite sheet on top of the R.C.C. poles including making connections etc. as reqd of following ratings.

Supply& making one end termination with heavy duty single compression brass gland SIBG type, aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc. for following size of armoured PVC insulated &PVC sheathed aluminium cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound /heat shrinkable including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply, fabricating, testing and commissioning of Kiosk type outdoor weather proof distribution feeder pillar box of size 1000 x 800 x350mm with a taper of 75mm at top ( for protection from rain water) and made out of 3.2 mm (10 gauge) thick CRCA MS Sheet, front and back both side openable, duly hinged doors with locking arrangement by providing both sides hold drafts and all hardware for fabrication of box. The cubical panel should be dust and vermin proof followed by duly phosphatized and powder painted in gray or required shade after rinsing.The cubical panel should be mounted with hardware on angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6m and 700mm long legs duly primered and black painted. Frame be grouted with cement concrete 1:3:6 ratio in 150 x 150 x 750mm and providing brick masonry along angle iron frame above ground level, complete in all respect including S/F of following accessories, their inter connections with suitable size FR PVC copper wires, lugs, testing etc.as reqd. Area of board should not less than 2.86 Sqmtr.(as per line diagram). Panel should be fabricated through electrical panel builders only and Delivery challan should be produce along with panel.The panel should comprising of as per following -

INCOMING a) 1No- quick make and quick break 4 Pole current limiting MCCB- 63 Amp., 35 KA with adjustable O/L setting & Thermal Magnetic Release and conforming to IS:13947-2/ IEC 60947-2 with front face and centralized adjustable, line load inter changeability including making connections with lugs/ spreaders etc. as required.

b) 1 Set – 100 A, 4 strips copper busbar of suitable length, fixed on SMC/DMC type insulators & colour coding with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves

d) 3Nos. Phase indication LED lamps with 2Amp back up MCBs.

OUTGOING (For star delta starter upto 15 HP motor-pump set.) a) 1Nos. 3 pole , AC MCB 40 Amps, 415 V, 10KA with "C" breaking capacity, ISI marked IS:8828 (1996) including making connections with lugs, testing etc. for outgoing circuits.

b) 3 Nos.Contractor MNX 32 Amp. With Add on block L&T. make.(for Automatic star-delta starter)

c) 1No. Thermal over load relay, 9-16 Amp, L&T make(for Automatic star-delta starter)

d) 1No. Single phasing preventer for 15HP pump set, making connections with lugs, testing etc. Minilec. or equivalent make

e) 1No. Star Delta TIMER 0-30 Sec L&T make.(for Automatic star-delta starter)

f) 2 Nos.Push Button ON / OFF, making connections with lugs, testing etc.(for Automatic star-delta starter)

g) 1No. 240/220 volts pilot lamp with intenral circuit,terminal block ,including 1No. SP MCB- 2Amp "B" curve, 10 KA, 415V grade of approved make for 'ON' Indication, making connections with lugs, testing etc.

h) 1No. Double Pole , AC MCB 32 Amps, 415 V, 10KA with "C" breaking capacity,ISI marked IS:8828(1996) including making connections with lugs, testing etc. for outgoing circuits.

j) 2 sets suitable size Terminals to receive TPN Input XLPE aluminium cable and 2nos. X 3 core outgoing copper cable of 1.1KV grade.

Supply and fixing of M.S. clamp set of 50 ×6mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

SITC of submersible motor pump set ISI marked type ST093D + RS42SS/25 (25 stage) 12.5HP, three phase, 415V, Texmo or equivalent make in tube-well/ bore well with required accessories including making connections, transportation of tripod, chain pulley block/ Lifting-lowering machine & any other material required for lowering purpose. The job includes lowering of GI pipe, rubber washer, nuts and bolts of suitable sizes, cables, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect.

Supplying of G.I. pipes with flanges duly screwed & welded, 50 mm dia. 'B' Class, IS:1239 Marked, Zindal/ Tata make as required.

Supply & fixing of CI adopter for above submercible pump set etc. as required.

S /F MS Flat iron 25mm x6mm for submercible pump jhula safety guard etc as reqd.

Supplying of Flat Three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial Cable for Submersible Pump Motors, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 Nominal area of conductor 3 core x 6 Sq.mm as required.

Plate Earthing as per IS:3043 with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories, 4mtrs. below ground level and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and 20mm dia "B" class watering GI pipe etc.(with charcoal or coke and salt 95Kg. each) complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
