SPECIAL REPAIR OF ROAD AT DEPOT AREA AT OD KOLKATA UNDER GE CENTRAL KOLKATA

Material & labour of repair to pot holes of any depth not exc 1.00 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc and cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat of bitumineous primer VG-10 at 5 kg/ 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder [email protected] kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed complete all as spd & directed. Depth of pot holes exc 30 mm.

Material & labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @5Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour of Bituminous premixed carpet 20mm thick (consolidated thickness) consisting of 0.27 Cum/10 Sqm of stone chippings mixed with 14.60 Kg/10 Sqm of paving bitumen(VG-30) and spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for applying a tack coat over existing bituminous surface @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen and providing and laying 20mm thick bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly in accordance with IS specification No5317-2002(As latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @4.50 Kg /Sqm (minimum) mixed stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @0.008 Cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @0.0096 Cum/Sqm and sand @0.004 Cum per sqm and inerting stone graded of 22mm size with 0.017 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen per Sqm for anti skiding including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra cross etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour as per IRC 35 conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed), spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair plastic speed bump of 750mm length x 250mm width x 75 mm high and made of ABS material with 2 nos high reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4 nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper & hole) on road surface complete and fixing as per manufacturer's instruction and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Cat's eye Road stud, solar reflective type, metal body alloy, size 100mm x 100 mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete and fixing as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Solar Stud (blinker), aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficieny Mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one Ni-mh rechargeable battery (1.2V / 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete and fix to road with epoxy based adhesive as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of sign board of retro reflective high intensity prismatic grade sheet of any colour / type as per type-IV of ASPN D-4956 mage of aluminium sheet 2.00mm thick cut to size of 1.20 x 0.9 mtr fixed to hollow MS square tube (Medium Grade), 2.5mm wide (2 Nos all round) frame work by keeping aluminium sheet in between two MS square tube incl necessary rebating, bolting to join the the sheet, welding 4 Nos MS bolt (2 Nos at either ends) to fix / hang the signboard, fixing the board upon 02 Nos GI pipe (medium grade) 40mm bore 2.0 mtrs high support (vertically) abobe GL and grouting end in PCC block of size 40 x 40 x 50 cm 1:3:6 type C2 incl necessary earthwork, returning / filling, removal of surplus earth etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ove a coat of red oxide primer on exposed steel surfaces incl dismantling existing sign board and removing from site complete all as specified and directed
