| 1 | The robotic sewer cleaning system shall be suitable for machine-holes of 400 mm and above, capable of operating up to 20 meters depth, and equipped with a minimum 90-liter sludge storage capacity, with overall dimensions approximately 1.8 m × 1.575 m × 2.3 m. The system shall include a minimum 17-liter SS304 bucket with 700 mm coverage width and 0 ± 180° rotation, along with a quick-fit blade/bucket change mechanism. The SS304 homogenizer blade unit shall operate at 80–100 RPM, driven by a TMR-160 orbital motor with minimum 350 N torque, blade diameter ranging from 0.25 m to 0.5 m, and thickness of 0.008 m. The gripper system shall accommodate diameters from 0.4 m to 1.6 m, supported by 4 individually hydraulically operated outriggers, with arm rotation of 0 ± 90°. The hydraulic power unit shall be minimum 13 HP @ 3600 RPM, operating at 120 bar pressure with 35 LPM flow rate and hydraulic oil tank capacity up to 120 liters. The system shall include a minimum 20-meter underwater cable with waterproof connectors, integrated gas sensors for CO, NO₂, NH₃, and VOC, and an electronic control system comprising 3 IP67-rated cameras and 1 IP68 underwater camera (720p), a 12-inch IPS display (1080P, 1200 Nits), and IP65-rated lighting of minimum 2000 lumens. The unit shall be towable and provided with an 8-meter hose reel. The waste storage tank shall be 2000 liters, cylindrical in shape, approximately 1.8 meters in length and 1.208 meters in diameter, with 4-inch inlet and outlet connections. The suction pump shall be vacuum type (preferably Super Tech Engineer or equivalent) with minimum 1600 LPM capacity, capable of achieving 600 mmHg (92%) vaccum, powered by 5 HP, and supplied with a 4-inch, 20-meter PVC suction hose. | 1 | NO | - | - |
