Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as directed.(Complete removal surface to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, complete all as specified ( Note : WPC will be paid seperately )

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, complete all as specified ( Note : WPC will be paid seperately )

Taking down cement plaster on ceiling surfaces, scrubbing down with water etc and applying 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3), finished even & smooth without using extra cement on concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, complete all as specified ( Note : WPC will be paid seperately )

Supply only integral water proffing compound. (Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+20L waterproofing chemical )

M&L for applying two coats of Apex Antidust Proof (Weather proof) paint for exterior (of approved quality & tint) on new surface of wall over one coat of primer by painting roller, complete all as specified.(Make-Asian dust proof apex paint).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall surfaces & apply two coats of Oil Bound Distemper, complete all as specified. Make:Asian.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.(below or above ground level) .

Material and labour for hard core of broken bricks of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-I (using 20 mm graded stone aggegate) as in plinth protection finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick 38 mm wide and inserted in position to confirm design complete all as specified.
