Annual Maintenance of the equipments installed in HC Facility at DRDE, Gwalior comprising of the following and mandatory servicing through OEM at least once during the currency of contract and providing servicing atleast once every quarter and on breakdown call or complaint by the user. In case OEM doesn't provide repair/servicing/maintenance cover, prior permission to be obtained from Engineer-in-Charge to get the same done through authorized dealer or any other service provider subject to approval of Enginner-in-Charge. The scope is comprehensive and nothing extra shall be payable beyond the quoted rates :-
