Earth work in all kinds of soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm.to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m. in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand and wel watered &rammedetc . Complete including cost of sand .

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 4cm. Size B.H.G. metal including cost, conveyance etc. complete.(HAND BROKEN)

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Hand broken) including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. complete.

Fly ash Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) by using 9" size Bricks including all cost, conveyance etc. complete. a) sub-structure

b) super structure

RCC work of M 25 grade with 20 mm and down grade black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalingthen after casting including cost of materials complete. a) R.C.C. floor and roof slabs, landings,balconies, projecting, sun shades and chajjas upto 4.3 mtr. height.

b) R.C.C. foundation and Plinth bend and footing bases of columns, mass concrete, pre-cast slabs etc.

c) R.C.C. Lintels

d) R.C.C. Beams, Columns, girder and bressmer etc.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonary after racking out the joints watering and curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials & all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge. a) internal plastering

b) Outside plastering

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of primer over plaster surface.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper.

Supplying fitting & Fixing M.S.grill in Door window including screw as may be required etc. complete.

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of primer for Steel work.

2.5 cm thick Artifical Stone Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size crusher broken granite chips as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
