Supply & laying cast-in-situ Reinforced cement concrete (RCC 1:1.5:3) using good quality M- sand, 20 mm and down size coarse graded machine crushed hard stone aggregate including designing the mix, weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth as required all exposed faces, complete for the following RC structural and other elements including supplying and mixing admixtures including water proofing compound wherever necessary, dewatering wherever necessary, the cost of all complete materials, labour, all leads and lifts, tools, plant and machineries, hire and fuel charges and all other incidental charges etc., all as per specifications, drawings and as directed, but excluding centring, shuttering and steel reinforcement, IRC mesh, insert plates which will be paid for separately under relevant items. The designing of concrete mix for different grades of controlled concrete should be done in accordance with latest IS - SP 23. (Hand book on concrete mix design) in the field laboratory and the same should be got approved by the Engineer. Supply & Filling the approved good quality earth in basement /External development works etc. wherever specified in layers of not exceeding 200mm thick including breaking clods, watering, compacting each layer with vibratory compactor and at unaccessiable places with wooden/steel rammers to achieve 90 to 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content, all leads and lifts, bailing/pumping out of water to keep site dry while back filling: costs includes conveyance of all materials labour, machinery etc. complete as directed. Contractor should store enough soil from excavation for back filling.

Supplying and fixing of Rolling Shutters shall be pull and push type (gear Operated) made of 18G/3" lathe sections which consist of main parts such as curtain, lock plate guide channels, rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below. Curtain shall be of 18G/3" lathe sections cut to be required size and filled with heavy cast iron/MS clips . For 8'0" (2.45m) high rolling shutter lathe sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock plate Shall be 10GMS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side Brackets shall be of 10 GSM plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. Hood Cover shall be of 0.8mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mm x 25mm x3mm MS angle

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made rubber mould paver blocks of M-20 grade with required strength, thickness & size/ shape laid over 60mm thick compacted bed of course M.sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position 50mmx50mmx3mm MS weld mesh including cost of steel post,complete complying with standard specification.

Supply & laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600*600*8mm of approved size, quality, colour and shade over a bed of cement mortar 1:3 [One part cement and three parts sand] 20 mm thick, and fixing the tiles to perfect level, line etc. The tiles should be joined butting each other without joints alround. The rate is including cost of all materials, cutting charges for the tiles, labour charges for laying / fixing and curing the surface etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specification.

Cement concrete flooring with M35 mix using 20mm down graded hard granite metal to a thickness of 100mm, over reinforcement mat 8# 8" c/c on both ways well compacted and leveled with double beam screed vibrator (without dewatering) and the top surface finished with Laser screed and power trowel finishing etc complete as per standard specification. The rate inclusive of all leads and lifts, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the engineer incharge. (Rate excluding steel reinforcement)Note: For design mix Tentative cement consumption may be taken as M35 - 430Kg.

Groove cutting for the above flooring for a width of 5 mm and to a depth of 20mm, filling grooves in flooring with plysulphite sealent using tapes on both side and cleaned with petrol.

Supplying and fixing steel louvered Ventilator using 5mm pin headed glass including cost and conveyence of all charges etc., as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (6 mm to 40 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter and should have provision to fix aldrops, tower bolt hinges and lock plates inclusive of cost of all materials etc complete complying with thew standard specifications.(sor p.no:49, S.No:2828)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make water closet of orissa pan 1st quality of size 584mm including flushing valve system with necessary pipe arrangement fixed over sand cushion and forming flooring alround etc.complete.

Supply and fixing in position of best Indian make white / colour glazed earthernware lipped mouth flat back urinal of best quality and approved make of size 430mm x 260mm x 350mm with GI pipe, 32mm dia bell mouth PVC connection and waste pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe of required length, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 2 Nos., and fixing the urinals in position with necessary TW plugs, clamps, screws, etc., including dismantling masnory and re-doing the same to the original condition, etc., including painting the pipe with two coats of best quality approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and checked without any leakage etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The urinal should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The CPVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. 50mm dia PVC pipe line 10kg/sq.cm with specials.

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Construction of INSPECTION CHAMBER following clear sizes including earth work excavation, CC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick and brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 [One cement and Five sand] using best quality of second class Ground Mould Bricks of size 9" x 4 1/2" x 3" with Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 [One Cement and Three Sand] 12 mm thick to inner and outer sides and wearing coat 1:3:6 [One Cement, Three Sand and Six Aggregate] 15 cm thick and covered with precast slab 5 cm thick etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing steel glazed window of size 1.00x1.50m using 5mm thick glass including cost and conveyence of all charges etc,..complete

Supplying and fixing in position of aluminium partition in accordance with ISI specification anodised colour matt finish glazed Ventilator. The outer frame will be 62x38x2mm @ 1.17 Kg / m and the louvers with moving arrangements will be made with Alu. Channel of size 60x30x4 mm @ 1.27 kg /m with necessary glass pans for louvers 4mm thick Al. Clips, including all materials, labour & power consumption charges required for fabrication if necessary chipping dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and make good to the original conditions after fixing etc., complete. The Aluminium surface is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification -1868/1962 of anodic film thickness of not less than15 microns (fifteen) for all sections. All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before fixing in position as directed.

Providing & fixing PVC rain water down fall pipes of 110 mm [4 kgf/cm²] dia with necessary shoes, bends and other specials, clamps, screws, nails, teak wood plugs, CI gratings including fixing the same at the junctions and RCC floor or roof slab wherever found necessary and finishing etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specification.

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers.etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.
