M&L for coloured glazed ceramic designed tiles in vertical surface 600x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including taking down backing coat, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including taking down backing coat, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding g 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, incl dismantling floor, hearth , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.

M & L ( light shade) Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 incl dismantling floor, hearth, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.

M & L ( light shade) Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including taking down cement plaster, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate ) in floor as levelling course complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L granite ( of any type ) work ( table rubbed and polished ) 18 to 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill , cooking platform and flooring including bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone / brick masonry / concrete surfaces including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of stone slabs and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.
