Providing and deployment of Four nos. Environmental Assistant and One no. Supervisor for Day-to-day cleaning, sweeping, and maintenance of the office complex of HCD-3, including cleaning of Wall and floor tiles, sanitary fittings and fixtures (European and Indian W.C.s, washbasins, mirrors, urinal bowls, floor traps, manholes, chambers, gully traps, gratings, waste pipes, doors, window panels, glass panes, tables, almirahs, chairs, gates, parking areas, lawn areas, storm water drains, entrance roads, etc.). Sweeping, washing, mopping, and disinfecting of floors and sanitary fittings twice daily or as required. All necessary cleaning tools and supplies such as wipers, mops, brooms, spades, scrapers, soaps, dusters, detergents, phenyl, toilet cleaners, brushes, mugs, buckets, air fresheners, etc., as per the approved list by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work also include collection & disposal of garbage /waste to the designated dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
