Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) as in plinth protection/path/Hard standing/floor etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) for 75mm thick floor as in sub base for tiles

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 22 to25mm thick (with grey cement and no pigments) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor,laid over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles/slab incl cutting, rubbing, grinding complete all as specified.

M & L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, kerbs,benching and the like, including weathering slighthy rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete.

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 65 mm thickness M-35 Grade concrete with using grey cement and no pigment including 65mm thick sand filling complete all as directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type-B1 using 20mm grade aggregate as in floor etc, Concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in PCC Path.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.50 m wide and n. exc. 1.50 m deep for foundation of sewage lines, man holes etc; n. exc. 10 sq m on plan and n. exc. 1.50 m depth and getting out in hard dense soil.

Demolition of brickwork/PCC block masonary built in cement mortar.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for coping, benching & bed/foundation concrete.

M&L for Precast concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed hard granite stone aggregate) block masonry, with solid block, exc 10cm width & setting in C.M 1:6 complete all as specified.

Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 graded stone aggregate) as in benching including necessary formwork.

Extra for forming fair finished to channel or drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitred / stopped ends, frames mould etc; complete.

Providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in bed blocks, coping etc; including necessary formwork all as directed.

Providing pre cast reinforced concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for man holes cover slab, set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work. Note:- Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S & F TMT bars of 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (anneled) n. less than 0.9 mm dia.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 surface finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement all as directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, and finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Opening and cleaning of obstructions/blockages in floor trap for urinal or bath or wash hand basin or kitchen sink including waste pipe and gully trap case for ground floor and tee cross junction in case of other floors complete all as specifid and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 100mm bore pipe by rodding/with spilt bamboo etc including removal of mud/sludge/liquid mud etc out side MD land and testing of pipes by filling with water complete all as specified and director by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 150mm bore pipe by rodding/with spilt bamboo etc including removal of mud/sludge/liquid mud etc out side MD land and testing of pipes by filling with water complete all as specified and director by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 200mm bore pipe by rodding/with spilt bamboo etc including removal of mud/sludge/liquid mud etc out side MD land and testing of pipes by filling with water complete all as specified and director by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 20-25mm thick Kota stone slab for Gully traps including cutting as required size and shape and placing on Gully traps all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out deposited sludge from septic tanks/Soak well up to any depth from GL (height of lift from GL to bottom of the ST) by means of mechanical compressor, sewage cleaning machine and cleaning the entire internal sewage tank with water and disposed outside MD land and depositing where directed

Dismantling fencing wire mash any type as in fencing post all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground in natural ground.

Dismantling old barbed wire in fencing as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard soil each not exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface.

M&L For Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation,filling and Mass concrete etc.

S&F mild steel posts and struts for fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and the similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc.

M&L for mild steel screwed bolts with hexagonal or square heads on one end and screwed the others or both ends,each screwed and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut,dia of shank 5 to 10mm and length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm

Supply only chain link galvanised steel wire fencing made out of 4mm dia wire and weight not less than 3.0 Kg per Sqm, 75X75mm mesh size to 100mm aparture complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc; including provision of 4mm dia binding wire complete.

Mild steel flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O.

Preparing new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth and two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Preparing new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10cm width or girth and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc Note:- Each line wire to be measured
