Taking down chowkhats or frames ( without taking down shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Meter each and removing from site complete all as specified.( The distrubed surface during taking down shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost for fixing new one of any description. No extra cost is permissble for the material and labour for making good the disturbed surface) complete as directed and as specified.

Taking down door shutters and refixing in same opening after carryiong out alteration of any description area exc 1.00 Sqm and not exc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing all as specfied and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and directed.

S&F 300 mm long dia 16mm aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) & fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section & fixing blots & sliding bolts of extruded section complete all as specified.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruted section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium handles D type anodised 150 mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless Steel Butt hinges, medium weight, 100mm long, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames (factory made) made out of 1.25 mm thick black MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete size of frame 125x60mm incl bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 Nos 25x25x3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side complete all as specified and directed.
