SH: 1. Laying of Premix Carpet (OGPC)

Laying of WBM - Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications (75 mm thick) in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Laying of Prime Coat - Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom.

Laying of BM -Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 mm thick using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom.

Laying of OGPC -25 mm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).

Laying of Seal Coat -Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.

SH:2 Construction of Retaining Walls

Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations of drains, pipes cables etc. over areas not exceeding 1.50 mtr in width & 10 sqm on plan

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:2:4 in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses,string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills,fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing.

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard nallah stone in B/B, V/B & T/B with 1:6 cement mortar

Dry Random Rubble stone masonry using hard nallah stones in Panels of R/Walls with bond stone.

Back filling behind R/Walls, wing walls, Return wall etc.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500

SH:3 Construction of B/Wall

Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

SH: 5. Hill Side Drain Clearance/Kachha Drain

Removal of Earth from the choked Hill Side Drain/ Construction of Kachha Drain and disposing it on valley side manually.

SH: 6. Construction of CD works (Hume Pipe Cross Drainage)

Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations of drains, pipes cables etc. over areas not exceeding 1.50 mtr in width & 10 sqm on plan Soil = 70% (35% Manual means, 35% Mechanical means), OR = 30% Total Qty= 583.80

SH: 9. Installation of Metallic Crash Barrier

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 including Welding of nuts & bolts
