Removal of old U/s one piece PVC seat and back from chair school with hand board and S&F new one piece PVC seat and back with fixed to frame with suitable size of screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s top from chair school with hand board and S&F new top made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with edging fixed to frame with suitable size of screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s top from table bed side and S&F new top made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with edging fixed to frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s side from table bed side and S&F new side made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with edging fixed to frame with suitable size of screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s back ply from table bed side and S&F new back ply made out of 6 mm thick plywood fixed to frame with suitable size of screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s drawers from table bed side and S&F new drawers made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board with edging complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s handle from table bed side and S&F new handle of size 100 mm long chromium plated complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s telescopic channel from table bed side and S&F new telescopic channel complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

RE-CANNING OF CHAIRS :-

Taking out old u/s cane from chairs etc and re-canning of wooden chairs, dressing stool,Bin solied linen etc with new 2 mm wide half round Godrej pattern white plastic cane and border shall be woven with new 4 mm half round plastic cane of superior quality. complete all as specified and directed.

RE-CANNING/RE-WEAVING TO CHAIR VERANDAH :-

Taking out old U/S cane from chair verandah and recanning seat and back with new 4 mm wide half round white plastic cane of superior quality incl painting with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint and preparing of old steel surfaces.

Taking out old U/S Nylon newar from chair verandah and re-weaving seat and back with virgin quality of white nylon newar 50 to 55 mm wide incl painting with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint and preparing of old steel surfaces.

REPAIR TO GI PIPE CHARPOY WITH HARD PLYTOP Drg No FD-220

S&F in replacement of u/s plywood BWR grade, 12mm thick including fixing with 6mm dia 65mm long brass coated nuts & bolt with 02 Nos washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of u/s Elbow galvanized iron 32 mm dia 3 ways complete all as specified and directed. Note weight of each elbow not less than 450 grams

S&F in replacement of u/s check nut galvanized iron 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed Note :- weight of each check nut not less than 125 grams

S&F in replacement of long rail of 32 mm dia galvanized iron pipe medium grade incl cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only in repairs short rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade incl cutting, threading as required for short rail of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed Note :- short rail shall be converted from long rail retrieved vide item No 38.04 above.

Fixing only in repairs legs of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade cutting, threading at one end as required for legs as per existing size incl S&F 1.6 mm thick, 40 mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on another end complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Legs shall be converted from pipe retrieved vide item No 38.05 above.
