Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 using crushed stone sand (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels including ceiling with Acrylic emulsion paint Internal/External (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing in position 50mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 18.00 Kg/Cu.m weight wrapped in 200micron thickness polythene sheets and placing in machine foundation works complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing Structural steel work in M.S plain plates and chequrred Plates in Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structral steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.
SS Plate EPs: Including Supply, transportation of AISI S.S.304L quality plates with thickness varying from 6 to 25mm and including supply of 10 to 25mm dia anchor rods conforming to IS 2062 marking, cutting, surface treatment, fabrication and erection of embedded parts as per tender drawings. The welding of S.S. plate with anchor rods shall be using SMA welding process with E 309 electrodes. The Liquid penetrant Examination shall be carried out on 10 % final pass of all weld joints after thorough cleaning. All embedment S.S. plate EPs shall be stamped legibly with EP number.
