Labour only for removing the binding of ACSR conductor of HT 3 phase 4 wire over head line from insulator, removing the jumper, connector, service wire, UG cable and restringing the existing ACSR conductor of any size, length, span upto desired sag and fixing the same ACSR conductor on insulator by proper binding, jumper connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Reconditioning of over heated 33/11 KV coil of transformer from to up to 5000 KVA after removing all old insulation any type and re-insulation as required and remaking of coils complete all as directed .

M & L for Inspection and servicing of OLTC of transformer of capacity 1.5 MVA and checking the electrical/manual operation of tap changer mechanism, check the integrity of the active components /contact surface mating for all tap positions, voltage ratio test for all tap position etc including cleaning of the OLTC complete all as directed. Note : The Contrator shall be responsible for correct servicing of the OLTC and servicing to be done through OEM of OLTC.

Supply and fix wiring and commissioning including thormostate switch space heater 200w for VCB/SF6 breaker/RMU complete all as directed.

Servicing of capacitor bank 200 KVAR, 12 KV, 3 Ph Dry Type Series Reactor and checking of capacitance of capacitor including control & power wiring, barrel fuses cleaning of spare parts including testing of relay & contactor, tightening of nuts/bolts etc after taking shutdown as per electrical safety norms complete all as directed Note: Spares costing upto 1500.00 shall be deemed to be included the in quoted rate.
