Design, supply, installations & testing of submersible pumpset KSB make,ISI marked conforming to ISI/8084-1976 for lifting clear water with bronze impellers to operate on 400+/-5%volts, 3 Phase 50 Hz. The Pumpset should be suitable for Star Delta starte. the power of the motor should be in the complete operating range of +/-15% of duty point. The Pumpset should include the cost of pump and motor with inbuilt Non return Valve. the cost shall alos include the cost of insatallations at site including testing and all risks during liability period. (i) Discharge: 900 LPS (iii) Total Head: 104.00 Mtr. (iv) Bore Hole Dia:300/200 mm (v) Size of Rising Main: 100 mm

Supply of stand by submersible pumpset KSB same as per Item no. 1 above

Supply and errection of submersibe cable suitable for the above Pumpset 3 core Finoex ISI marked (3X16.00 Sqmm).

Supply and errection of heavy duty M.S Column pipe both ends flanged at 3 mtr. Intervals including cost of 1 No. bend at the top & one. No. reducer (if reqd). Complete with nuts & bolts, Hindustan Farrado Gasket 3mm thick. The flanges should conform to the i.S.I specifications, welded on both sides. Weld will be 1,4 specificationms. (Size:100mm Dia).

Supply and errection of M.s. Supporting Clamps complete with nuts and bolts.

Supply and errection of pressure guage of suitable range complete with copper tubing and stop cock etc., all conforming to relevant ISS

Providing and fixing return valve as per ISI specifications suitable to withstand 1.5 times the working head.

Providing and fixing C.I. Sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780 class for upto 300 mm dia. Including, brass spindle and as per IS: 2906 class-II dia more than 300 mm complete with bolts,nuts, rubber insertion etc. i) 100 mm (nominal size).

Supply and fixing of sheet and M.S. Angle iron floor/ wall mounting type panel board comprising of: a)Ammeter of reputed make of suitable range,dia C.T. and conforming to relevent ISS.

b) Voltmeter of reputed make of suitable range ,dia and conforming to relevant ISS.

c)Reputed make OCD/MCCB/MCB/TP&N switch fuse unit (HBC/HRC type) of suitable capacity on incoming feeders (siemens/L&T/ABB/GE/ English Electric/ Havell"s).

d)3- Phase indicating lamps.

e) Capacitor of suitable rating reputed make.

f) Bus bar chamber.

g)Reputed make Star Delta starter of suitable capacity .(oil immersed -kilburn/MEI or Air break-L&T/ siemens).

i) Single phasing preventor.

j) Earth leakage circuit breaker / Earth leakage relay of suitable capacity.

k) Suitable size 3 core armoured cablex on incoming side upto Energy meter. (Approx. Length 10 mts.)

l) Earthing of board with 2 No. Earthing sets minimum 4.50 mtr. Deep with 40mm dia. G.I. Pipes salt and charcoal with masonary enclouser on top with watering arrangement & connecting the same to the panel board with 8 SWG G.I. Wire as per specifications.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. In earth work i/c dressing of side and bed and disposing off excavated earth upto all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes (medium duty ) tube fittings (earth work to be measured and paid for seperatly ): Jindal Make i) 100 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing M.S. Flanges to G.I. Pipes with nuts, bolts and washers complete in all respects as per table-5 i/c welding as required.
