Providing and applying plaster of Perish putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth with complete job

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying putty over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth with complete job

Providing 12mm water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including cost of screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
