NOTE (Applicable for all items):- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from ceiling rose / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as brackets, ceiling / wall light fittings, tube light fittings, etc and depositing to MES store complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Taking down of old light fittings ( to be measured and paid under this item) and replacement with new LED light fittings ( to be measured and paid under subsequent items) shall be executed simultaneously so that no inconveinience arises to the occupant.

Supply and fixing of Batten box type surface / pendant mounting made out of epoxy powder coated (white / off-white colour) CRCA steel sheet housing (length ~ 1200 mm and width ~ 38 mm) including ultra bright glass LED Tubelight (T8) (Double Side Connection) of requisite length suitable for fitting with maximum power consumption 20-22 watt and G13 lamp holder with min system luminous efficacy lumen/watt > 100, CCT not less than 6500 K and CRI > 80, operating voltage of 140-270 volts AC, P. F. > 0.90, 3 KV surge protection and current THD < 15% complete and including all other standard accessories as per manufacture instructions, internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core 0.75 sq. mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of LED batten with inbuilt driver made out of high quality aluminium extruded housing and aluminium heat sink for mounting LEDs, mercury free and decorative end caps with maximum power consumption 9-10 watt with min system luminous efficancy lumen/watt > 100, CCT not less than 5700 K and CRI > 80, operating voltage of 140-270 volts AC, P. F. > 0.90, 2.5 KV surge protection and current THD < 15% complete and including all other standard accessories as per manufacture instructions, internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core 0.75 sq. mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of LED Surface Mounted, Round Shape Down light fitting with dia not less than 170 mm, with white powder coated aluminium housing and heat sink for mounting LEDs with maximum power consumption 9-10 watt with min system luminous efficacy lumen/watt > 100 , CCT not less than 5700 K and CRI > 80, operating voltage of 140-270 volts AC, P. F. > 0.90, 2.5 KV surge protection and current THD < 15% complete and including all other standard accessories as per manufacture instructions, internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core 0.75 sq. mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable complete all as specified. Note (for Ser No 2,3 & 4) :-(Rate quoted against the items shall deemed to include the cost for following & nothing extra will be admisible) (i) Contractor has to submit LM 79 and LM 80 report of LED model to confirm the above said specification. (ii) Independent test shall be carried out by NABL approved lab for LM 79 and LM 80 reports for each lot of supply. (iii) Monthly yard stick progress has to be fixed by each GE & Contractor jointly (for respective division) for progress of work as this work is energy saving measure and delay will result in loss to state. (iv) The clamp for fixing the fittings as required at site shall be of stainless steel only.
