Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortor or cement lime mortar including removal of debris in low laying area exc 1.0 KM but not exc 2.0 KM from starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity 1000 Litres of any description, setting aside for repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required re-connecting and re-fixing in same or other position including cleaning with bleaching powder removing scaling etc. including provide new GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces, long nipples, check nuts & washer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity 500 Litres of any description, setting aside for repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required re-connecting and re-fixing in same or other position including cleaning with bleaching powder removing scaling etc. including provide new GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces, long nipples, check nuts & washer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes 100mm dia (any size or pattern) including all fittings, head, shoes, bend, swan necks etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases to brick wall or concrete surface, pinning in and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement morter 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removal to debris in low laying area, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Injecting and grouting to existing non accessible or accessible RCC roof slab by approved applicator with following specifications, complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning and removing of all loose particles by brushing with wire brushes. (b) Cutting holes to existing roof slab by hammer drill @ 900mm c/c both side and fix the nozzles with CM 1:1, complete and leave the surface for 48 hrs. (c) Injecting and grouting to arrest leakage by using polymer base liquid water proofing compound mixed with cement @ 400 ml per bag of cement in the water to form uniform slurry. Pumping the slurry through fixed nozzels one by one through pressure pump till bleading the slurry and leave the surface for 48 hrs. (d) Removing the nozzles and sealing the RCC surface by PCC 1:1.5:3. (e) Making kairies 75mm to 100mm high with CM (1:12) on complete roof slab and filled the water continously 72 Hrs and observed the leakage if any complete. (f) Where leakage observed, repeat the activities again mentioned here-in-before without extra cost to Govt. (g) Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on existing RCC roof slab, finished even and smooth using polymer base liquid WPC @ 0.200 Ltr / 50 Kg of cement bag.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in levelling course on existing roof or sunken floor of toilet portion, rounded and chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjas / canopy / parapet wall, to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufactured with following specifications, complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning the top surface of RCC roofing properly with water. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre / Sqm, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 KG / Litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying of membrane not less than 3.0mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 KG/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160 Gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm overlap and 15cm end lap. (d) Top of membrane shall be provided with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.10 KG / Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane. (e) APP Membrane shall be stick inside parapet where available by chase cutting and sealed with PCC 1:2:4, type B-0.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surface of sunken floor, finished the surface even and smooth with using liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions @ 0.200 Ltr / 50 Kg of cement bag, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats to concrete/plastered surfaces at the rate of 1.50 Kg / Sqm per coat and applying 50 micron black polythene film, complete for sunken floor slab and embedded in side wall / covered fillet, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 32mm bore 'light grade' (in short length) as spout pipe in sunken floor slab, laid in slope to brick wall with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in filling to sunken floor and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers (5mm thick in CM 1:4 over 10mm thick in CM 1:6) mixing with using liquid WPC on top layer @ 200 ml/ bag of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on facia or edging of Chajjas, ceiling and roof projections etc. including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete including roughening old concrete surface and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
