Replacement of Trunnion seals and MIV door seals of 5000mm servo operated butterfly valve of all 4 no. machines at Ranjit Sagar Dam Power house.
a. Replacement of chevron packing (Part drawing no. 02120245001/25 and cup seals (Part drawing no. 22120245003) of MIV opening Levers (2 no. per machine) b. Replacement of MIV Butterfly Rubber seal as per part drawing no. 32303749001 (1 no. per machine)
NOTE: - 1. Work will be executed as per Scope of Work/ Scope of Supply (SECTION-VI) 2.The rates quoted should be firm by taking into account all levies, taxes (except GST) including work contract tax, wages including EPF, ESIC and other statutory benefits to the workers or any other tax levied by state /central Govt. i) Employers’ share of ESIC & EPF shall be to firm’s account and quoted rates are inclusive of employers’ share of ESI & EPF. ii) GST, if applicable, shall be payable extra by PSPCL on submission of documentary proof of having deposited the same. iii) Any extra tax imposed after day of reverse bidding shall be payable extra by PSPCL. 3. Tender evaluation shall be done on the basis of e-tendering followed by Reverse Auction. 4. Firm can visit the site before quoting the rates. 5. No other condition by the firm in this regard shall be acceptable. Conditional or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted.
