Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and curing complete ( shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately ) (a) In prop. 1:3:6

Supplying fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work? R.B. walling including straightering, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper blocks, supports chains, spacers etc. complete. ( No extra measurment for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurment as they are included in the rate) ( Upto 1st floor level) a) From Primary Producer: TATA/SAIL/Jindal steel?Shyam steel/RINL. Earth/sand Filling in plinth layer not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. c) with river sand or silt ( predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

65mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 50mm under layer of cement concrete in prop 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3coarse sand:6coarse aggregate of 25 mm and down ) and 15mm thick wearing layer in cement concrete in prop. 1:1:2 ( 1 cement :1 coarse sand:2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down ) laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish ( using cement slurry for bond @2.75 kg per square metre of floor area ) including curing etc. complete as directed .

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not execeeding 80mm girth and finishing even and smooth including curing complete as directed. 10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. b) in cement mortar 1:4 Super structure

Providing wood work in frame ( chowkhats) of doors, windows clerestry windows and other similar works wrought, frame and fixed in position in contact with C.C. or brick masonary wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. Hold fast ( 40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C. and masonary as directed and specified. b) With 1st class timber ( Bonsum/Sundi)

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face panels conforming to relevent I.S. code including oxidised iron butt hinges ( 100mm x 75mm x3.5mm) 6 nos with necessary wood screws. a) Decorative type face panel and block bord core. i) 40mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing aluminium sliding windows and ventilations of standard sections without horizontal glazing bars, joints mitred and welded ( manufactured to relevant IS specification ) and providing and fixing handles, angle cleat, rubber gasket, roller, bolting device, locking arrangements, screws etc. as required complete as specified and directed for all levels . (b) 3 track sliding window iii) 6mm coloured glass

Providing fitting and fixing fully glazed clerestory Window and fan light including fitting and fixing 2 M.S. pivot hinges (75mmx20mmx3mm), eyehook and nylon chord complete ( glass panes shall be measured and paid separately) C) with 1st class local wood (hollock/ sundi) iii) 30mm thick.

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass bedded in putty and fixed with/ without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized (payment for wooden bead shall be made separately) iii) Area of glass panes exceeding 0.52 m² a)5.00mm thick.

Providing , fitting and fixing MS grill of required pattern for windows / clerestory windows /opening with MS flats at required spacing in frame all round MS bars with round headed bolts and nuts or screws. ii) Ornamental grill.

Applying priming coat over new wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/ width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter sand papering and knotting. a)With ready mixed paint , wood primer( pink)

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian paint/ Berger paint / ICI paint/ J & N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces, of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. i) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. a) General purpose ( asian paint/ berger paint/J&N paint/Nerolac).

Supplying fitting and fixing brass fittings of approved make , reasonably smooth , free from sharp edges and corners , flaws and other defects and with counter sunk holes for screws including necessary c.p. brass screws etc. complete ( bright natural matt & Satin finish). Tower bolt. ii)250mm x 12mm

Providing two coats of J.K. wall putty ( white cement based putty for concrete / mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external ) after removing all loosely adhering material from wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department .( thickness of the coat is maximum 1.5mm)

Wall painting ( two coats ) with plastic emulsion paint approved Brand and manufacture ( Asian paint /berger paint /ICI paint / J&K Paint / Nerolac ) on new surface free from mortar dropping and Other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth.

Providing Vitrified floor tiles of approved quality of specified size , shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors wall , skirtings , risers and treads of steps over 15mm thick bas of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 ( 1cement:3 coarse sand) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile ( Choksey/Sika/pedelite/rouf)/ white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. ( Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department. b) Delux range ( Somany/Orient/Nitco/Varmora/ Jhonson make )ii) Of size 1200mmx1600mm and above

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel ( Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature ( wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i.e. fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash teners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer in charge. ( For payment, only weight of stainless steel member is to be considered. No extra payment for fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc. will be considered).
