Providing and laying soft Korean grass turfing including supplying red earth, manure, river sand, labour charges for ground preparation spreading earth and manure transportation of all and maintaining the lawn for initial three months etc. complete.

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growts after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Making lawn with shade grass Zic Zac planting method including supplying red soil, well decayed form yard manure, river sand, labour charges for ground preparation spreading earth and manure, transporatation of all and maintaining the lawn for intial three months etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and planting the following plants including maintenance period for initial 3 (three) months including preparation of soil, weathering forking for group application of manure, watering, during maintenance period with necessary manure, pesticides etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (b) Acalypha verigetted of minimum height 1.5 feet.

(C) Flowering plants (Alamenda, Taperna, Techoma) and the like of minimum height 1.5 feet.

Providing and planting ficus star light medium size 3 feet height.

Providing and planting Fuscaria.

Supplying, planting and maintaining clirodendron/Golden Duranta of height of 1 feet border plants around this site including cost of materials, red soil, well decayed form yard manure, river sand and all labour charges for ground preparation manuring and maintaining for initial 2 months etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
